Istanbul - Aylesbury Vale

Don’t listen to the whining, bad reviews. My wife and I visited this evening on a whim, initially intending to head out for a quick bite to eat. We end up staying for a full dinner with baklava and coffee. The food was fantastic with very generous portion sizes and the service from all the staff was excellent, incredibly friendly, helpful and prompt. Couldn’t recommend enough.

Well I think this is really a great place to enjoy simple Turkish food well done. The staff are attentive, caring and fun. The sharing mezzo is fabulous. Shish lamb and chicken plate generous and tasty. My wife loved her veggie salad with feta. An absolute highlight is the baklava and the Turkish coffee is a knockout. Really worth trying and the best I ever had even in Istanbul , just remember you only drink the top half!

Nice Turkish restaurant, great atmosphere and very good service . Mainly kebabs and mezzies on the menu , moussaka was nice

Dissapointed customer. I ordered a drink by mistake. I called it with a different name) and requested to change it ;I overheard the owner of the restaurant commenting negatively on the matter- she appeared rude. Then they charged extra service charge at the end on the top of the bill ,which is illegal..at least be kind ... I would not go back again .
