Bidra med feedbackBeautiful hotel restaurant with futuristic operating robots in a cat look. The menu with wine accompaniment is good overall, but not at a consistently high level in all courses. I would have liked a little more fruitiness, especially in the soup (mango and coconut cappuccino) and the dessert, which was present in the apple spuma with the fish but was more reminiscent of instant lemon iced tea than apple. A clever opening, however, is the tasting of three high-quality olive oils with different salts. Otherwise, from the Pata Negra ham as a greeting from the kitchen to the pickled Victoria bass to the braised veal cheeks, everything was very good, although the highlights were the side dishes such as the tuna with the soup (absolutely top), the young pea risotto or the really excellent ratatouille veal were. Also excellent: the cheese at the end. As far as the wine goes, I was otherwise inclined towards the red, but was a bit disappointed with this one. However, the Forster Scheurebe surprised me extremely positively with its rather atypical acidity and freshness. Even if not everything was great, it was still a very nice evening, not least because of the very friendly and competent service, who clearly enjoy their job.
My wife and I have now enjoyed a candlelight dinner here four times. The food and accompanying drinks are top class. The staff is extremely friendly and competent. You can clearly tell that they are having a lot of fun. Please keep it up.
Fantastically delicious. We'll definitely be back.
