Domino's Pizza - Badlapur

Worst ambience not even cleaning the table While making they have to wear gloves Upstairs is very ugly full of footsteps

Pathetic service. I had ordered 2 onion and 2 Paneer Capsicum Pizza. Instead, what I got was 2 Golden corn pizza. When I tried calling them, the call gets connected to the centralised team and they were not able to connect to the store (A joke). After an hour of calling, I reached to the store and got it changed. But there was no point of it, I had to wait for 1 and a half hour for my pizza. Paid the delivery charges but have to go to the store to change it. Pathetic service dominos.

I had ordered a pizza few weeks back and it took 1 hour to reach. My husband ordered a pizza today without asking me and they disappointed us again. Swiggy is providing a contact number which is useless. The status for my order shows that the domino's has not yet confirmed my order. My money is deducted, the status is not changed and now I have to wait for the food which might reach me when I have to cook something and throw the pizza away. Very pathetic service for such a big name. This frenchise should be shut down before it makes ruins domino's name

Why i have given 2 is for poor coustomer service because whenever i have visited the outlet there system ether down or some one standing doesn't know how to use it properly, i had to ask multiple times is my order ready or not and seen please coming after me getting there order, even tho they have ordered after coming in the outlet, poor coustomer response and communication. At last time i had to wait for almost 45 50 min for a single pizza.

I received a burnt pizza and a fade pizza yesterday only 1 pizza out of 3 was good . Disappointed totally ! My money got wasted . Also the complaint wasn't accepted online neither the number worked.
