Bidra med feedbackOne of the largest Andok's franchises in Baguio, it features a dining area as well. Expect long lines, especially during Christmas and New Year. Many people dine here before their trips since it is conveniently located near the bus stops.
The canton is excellent, and the waiting time is just right. My order was delivered within the timeframe they promised, which I really appreciated. Since they have a lot of customers every day, it would be helpful if they had at least two cashiers to reduce the waiting time for placing orders.
The staff was cheerful and courteous, and they followed my instructions and requests perfectly for preparing the roast pork.
Their food is nice. But the way they pack take-out foods aren't. I ordered a sizzling chicken for take-out. And when I was at our dorm already, the sauce was spilled all over the bottom of the paper bag, making it wet, and if I haven't arrived earlier, the food was spilled at the street already.
This is the worst place to eat in baguio. The place is dirty, and the staff ignores customers requests. Nobody cleans the tables unless you request for it. I requested for metal spoon because we ordered sizzling sisig. The dining crew said that they dont have metal spoons, so we just waited for the sisig to cool down because the metal spoon will melt in the sizzling plate. After 10 minutes the kitchen crew refilled the warmer with metal spoons and forks. One of the rice that we ordered had human hair in it. To top it all, the cashier was very rude. When i had an additional order, she gave me a dissapointed stare.. And when i asked kindly for the rice with hair to be replaced she made faces. Its totally dissapointing. I dont recommend this place to anyone unless youre dying of hunger.. Believe me a carinderia is better than this place.
