La Parilla Cafe And Grill - Baguio

The food was good and the atmosphere was fantastic. I attended a simple birthday party there, which featured a buffet. However, I wouldn’t recommend the grilled or barbecued chicken. The setting was cozy, and there are outdoor alfresco dining options in the gardens. There’s also a small Dap-ay (a traditional gathering place). However, please note that the location is not easily accessible for persons with disabilities.

I was quite surprised by how delicious the food at La Parilla is. We ended up eating here by chance since we were nearby. The hot chocolate is exceptional—extremely thick and rich! The shrimp was tasty as well, but I was particularly impressed by the binagoongang bagnet. It was incredibly tender, and the sauce had been fried together with the bagnet, which added a delightful flavor. I also ordered a side of ensalada (grilled vegetables), which was beautifully presented. However, I wasn't a fan of using ripe mangoes instead of green mangoes. As for dessert, I recommend skipping the cheesecake; if you know what a good cheesecake tastes like, you’ll realize this one doesn’t measure up. On a positive note, the service was great, and the portion of the binagoongan was generous.

Their outdoor dining is quite an experience. Went there for lunch on a fRiday and it was blissfully quiet and relaxing. food is okay and parking is available at the back.

The place is beautiful. However, you don't have many choices for the menu, and the serving size is small.
