Hǔ Wū - 白老郡

It was delicious~ The extra large pork bone miso ramen is popular for its spicy miso flavor. Adding southern barbarian, chili powder, and pepper makes it spicy and tasty. The soup has a salty-sweet taste, apparently using black sugar. It's probably used to season the chashu, and the chashu's aroma lingers in the broth.

I tried the extra-large serving of tonkotsu miso ramen. It had a sweet and savory flavor that was rich and popular for its spicy miso. It tasted delicious with a sprinkle of pepper and chili powder added. Since it's in Shiraoi, I may not be able to go there often.

I didn't know about this place before, but their ramen is one of the most delicious I have ever had, with a rich flavor and firm noodles. The location may be a bit hard to find, but even considering that, I highly recommend trying it at least once. You won't be disappointed.
