Bidra med feedbackOur ship has docked on baie comeau unexpectedly because of hurricane fiona, which brought us to skip two ports further north. after the walk through the city we were on the way back to the ship and saw this restaurant so decided to stop for. it is located on the top floor of a small building with views of the marina, filled with small boats and near the piers. there are outside seats on the balcony, but we decided to go inside because of the wind. jimmy, the owner/cook, welcomed us and recommended the seafood pizza with white sauce. how could we be wrong? it was amazing! it was full of baby garnel and muddles that were produced in front of site, and a piece was mine man and I could eat everyone! the menu has many seafood and other options, including packaging. jimmy is a native of baie comeau and grew up in the restaurant shop in the opposite before opening his own place. we really enjoyed talking to him when we ate our pizza. recommend st. james when they are in the opposite!
We had a late lunch here that went from one flight back to the harbour. it is up from the tourist info office, but obviously never visited by tourist - too bad for them. it is a small restaurant with beautiful view. the service was very good...(German French menus). we shared a good poutine, a bit unusual with melted cheese rats as cheese cure. I had a delicious smoked salmon shrimp salad; my partner had a very good chicken caesar salad. far better than cruise ship food!
Business lunch in this facility that was packed on a weekday. eating options are usually seafood, but there are other dishes on the menu. the service was over par and very good dishes. Make sure to eat here while in baie comeau.
