Bidra med feedbackThe cocktails are incredible! The bartender crafted them himself. We sat outside on the patio and it started to get a bit cold. The server brought out blankets for us! It was fantastic!
The inside has a bright beach house theme which lives true to the name. The outside is the coziest patio that makes the diner feel as if they are at home on their own porch. The firepits make it romantic. A perfect place for a date because it has a very intimate feel. Also to note, the musical instrument fountain in the courtyard is a pokestop!
The cozy and vibrant atmosphere at this restaurant is perfect. Their drink menu is fantastic - don't miss trying their 50 Shades GT, it changes color! I ordered the salmon and it was cooked to perfection. The fried polenta and butternut squash baratta appetizers are a must-try. The pork chop was delicious, but make sure to come hungry as it is a large portion. Next time, I am going to try the mushroom pasta.
The Beach House is exceptional! This hidden gem is a delightful escape from the busy Winslow restaurant scene. The food, service, and ambiance are all excellent. My wife and I love coming here, and I often bring business associates and clients who are always impressed. The patio with a view of Rich Passage is perfect for a sunny day or summer evening. Their Happy Hour is fantastic, with a great selection of local craft beers and the most delicious calamari I've had in years. I highly recommend The Beach House!
I am a local and visit Marketplace almost daily, no other options around this side of the island, and the food on this place is getting worse and worse by day which is a shame. All the bread and pastries are from Macrina, which used to be a great bakery, but no longer. Macrina expanded and they carefully source their products. Basically the Starbucks equivalent for baked goods.A bagel with cream cheese is about $6+, and the bagels are consistently 2-3 days OLD. Really?! Macrina 's truck delivers every day and they can 't serve you a fresh $6+ bagel? The egg sandwiches, frittatas used to have real eggs now, the eggs are some kind egg patty you get out of a box, and taste nothing like eggs. Some of the staff are great and friendly, some other do not give a dam and dismissive. If you are visiting, do yourself a favor, go to Coquette (downtown), get yourself a real pastry, or sandwich in a real baguette, baked here in the in the island daily, by the owner.
