Baker Truck Corral - Baker City

Would definitely recommend to friends by, although looking for a quintessential family-friendly diner. Service was friendly and personal. I heard the waitress address several people by name I had assumed were regular guests. The food was also very good, especially if I honestly didn't expect anything great. It is absolutely an above-average menu compared to what "Your" generally offer. We had lunch there, and as we enjoyed it, we went back to breakfast. The children loved the curly pommes and pancakes/French toast and I especially enjoyed the Corral Chicken Pesto Pasta. Overall, cute and fun experience. It's gonna go back when you travel that way.

Stopped here for the night in hopes of some good food. We found GREAT food and awesome service. Jillian was our server and was very kind and attentive! Everyone was very kind. Husband and I had the onion rings (fantastic! for an appetizer and we both got chicken fried steak. We got the smaller portions and I couldn't finish mine, as it was still huge! Everything was great and we loved the atmosphere! 100% will be back when we are around!

Old style Mom and Pop. The best kind. Showers are very clean and updated...was surprised because some of these types of stops are not so clean. Thank you. Restaurant... good food and friendly staff. The ONLY thing was this.... I've eaten there 3 times now, two of which I got a BLT. The first time it was HUGE and I believe it was 3 layers, lots of fries. VERY good and I don't like tomatoes but it's all about the Bacon, right? . The next BLT, however, was one layer and much smaller. The first was more like a club, which may have been the best I ever had. The second was still good, but not extraordinary as the first was. Not a complaint at all...just sayin and only an observation.

This gas station is easily in my top ten places to stop when traveling through Oregon. The service is friendly, the prices are fair, and the restaurant is phenomenal! Amazing prices and humongous portions. They treat you well and provide a 5 star atmosphere.

They have a vast verity of knives and Souvenirs. I will return for more things. I found a knives here I have been looking for about 2 years now.
