They left my sandwich to the side and worked on customers who came to me. I complained and the manager got mad at me. in any case not back. I

Bad customer service!! Serenity sucks she kept Letting other customers cut and kept going to the back multiple times. I was there for one sandwich and and there was 4 customers in front. Spent almost 35 minutes waiting to get helped horrible service from her part she sucks.

I’m sad I’m even doing a bad review on them, This used to be my favorite subway! Went in earlier for a sandwich and soup first off the kid taking my order I couldn’t even hear anything he was saying , speak up!! Took forever to make my sandwich the soup taste like hospital food, and they gave me a fork for my soup like come on!!! Seems like they’re under new management

They need experienced staff or teach there staff how to prepare subs or protein bowl. That dude literally chop the turkey with his hands instead of using knife

Worst experience ever. I did an online order for my coworkers, ordered 5 sandwiches, and none of them came out right. All the orders were wrong. Paid for avocado and two of the sandwiches and neither of them had avocado on them. Complete waste of money and time. Completely disappointed.
