La Chapalita Ice Cream - Balch Springs

Pretty upset they charged me for 4 corn in a cup when I order 2 girl said she was sorry her mistake then told me they could not refund the 2 extra she charged me so I was pretty much forced to take the extra food I was charged which I didn't need so yea ain't coming back !

Bad,bad . Chascas ingredients not mixed well, most of the times they are out of supplies.

Very much a fast and friendly establishment. It's small, but a reliable spot for Mexican refreshments. We always order the fresas con crema and the mangonada. I think it's pretty tasty, despite what all the reviews say!

They charge extra for extra cheese and cream on their corn and always forget to put it.

Came for some ice cream and Elote en Vaso and the ice cream was over priced and they were served with forks and not spoons. They said they didn't have spoons. Ridiculous for an ice cream shop and then the Elote I ordered had no flavor the corn tasted old and they didn't have any chili powder to sprinkle on top.
