Employees are rude, will make you wait and won't care about you waiting on top of that they will continue their personal conversation with their friend while you wait. I had a terrible experience at this Starbucks. I waited at the drive-thru window for 5 minutes while my order was ready, but the employees were just chatting with each other. To make matters worse, my order was incorrect. I won't be coming back here again. Service: Takeout Food: 1/5

This is a fantastic restaurant! The service is excellent, and the food is outstanding. I would rate the food a 5, the service a 5, and the atmosphere a 5 as well. Highly recommended!

The drive-thru experience was disappointing as they never have pumpkin spice available, leaving me empty-handed after waiting. Service: Takeout.
