Called to see what time their lunch buffet ended lady told me at 2 then drive up their get there at 1245 and they never had the buffet to begin with lack of communication with their customers Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Every time I call in an order it’s always an hour after the time they say it will be ready so I call my order in at 3pm and let them know I need it ready NO LATER than 5pm, re-iterated this multiple times on the phone call and was reasusured I get there at 4:58, pay and then they tell me they haven’t even started on it. It’s good food but the quality of service is very poor every single time
