Park Hotel Bistro - Ballarat

We both ordered the Seafood Marinara and it was excellent, we couldn't find any faults with it. It was cooked to perfection and served promptly. We would give it a 10 out of 10 rating.

This pub bistro offers a good standard menu with some special options. The fish dish was sizeable and crispy, paired with a simple yet tasty salad. The slow-cooked pork and scallops with cauliflower puree and spinach were tender and delicious. The only downside was that the jus with the pork was a bit excessive and oily. The standout feature of this establishment is the friendly and helpful staff. From the welcoming waitress to the gentleman at the bar, everyone provided excellent service. The staff truly make this a great spot for a casual lunch.
