Andy's Frozen Custard - Ballwin

We often get to this place. Sometimes it's great and others are terrible. many times the custard and thin. Today our little ones were only half as full and any additional supplement that my daughter demanded was not in her ecstard. I wish I could give a better assessment, but the unconsistencies in the quality of the custard concern. we can find another location to try.

Young guy with blonde hair managed to not only rush me and my girlfriend out of the line but failed to give me the right concrete. I said “Small Vanilla with Hardshell” and ended up with some kind of peanut butter mixture when i got home, thought it was a simple order. Unfortunate to pay $6 for something like that, fortunately not allergic to peanuts right!

There was a small misunderstanding with our order, but the man at the window was quick to correct it with kindness. Custard is great, though it could be a bit more frozen. Always seems to get runny fast.

Very good vanilla custard… my sons and mine favorite ice-cream place : i liked their peach with vanilla and vanilla with strawberry… my son likes just vanilla… staff is nice ..… service is very quick…. And drive through service makes it very easy for us.

Quick and easy vanilla custard. Friendly staff. Very cute stray cat that wanders around the building sometimes. It won't let me pet it just yet, but hopefully this changes soon. Will bring treats next time I come.
