Kfc - Ballwin

While the staff was friendly..... all 3 of my chicken sandwich's were COLD . The mash potato's were luke warm at best. And the Bisquit was a rock . TERRIBLE

I got the spicy chicken sandwich. The sauce was good but the chicken could use a little more spice. Overall I liked it!!

The lady at the window was the nicest employee. So sweet and kind. I made sure she knew it. Need more employees like her. My food was hot. Definitely a plus.

I wanted to try the new chicken sandwich, so I stopped by for the first time in years. As far as fast food goes, I think KFC is one of the better ones. I had no problems with this location ? it was quick, cheap, tasty, and the staff was friendly. The spicy chicken sandwich was pretty basic but good overall. I always love a good biscuit, too. I?d recommend skipping chocolate chip cookie ? it?s a subpar, prepackaged, room temperature cookie.

The gentleman at the window is always incredibly friendly and brings a smile to my face!
