Fadensonnen - Baltimore

The craft cocktails here are delicious. I especially loved the hot cider with whiskey!

The outdoor area is pleasant, but they didn't have the day's menu available online. I found dinner to be disappointing due to the limited selection (only two rather unexciting options), the portion sizes, and the prices. I ordered the chili with sausage; it was decent but not exceptional, especially for $20, and I still felt hungry afterward. The wine bar next door was also pricey, charging $11 for a glass.

The atmosphere at Fadensonnen is absolutely fantastic and is worth the trip all on its own! I visited the outdoor patio for a friend's birthday, and it offered such a relaxed and enjoyable setting. The picnic table seating was perfect for our group, and the outdoor bar made it easy to get drinks quickly. The indoor area was quiet and cozy, making it a great option for a nice date night. I can't wait to return!

Interesting place. You enter a courtyard with little direction, with no hostess or servers. Not a bad thing, just a different vibe. Eclectic wine, great beers, fantastic atmosphere. Could have more options for wine by the glass, but menu frequently changes. Come with a group to get the best experience.
