Panda Express - Baltimore

Terrible dining experience. I didn't even get a proper meal to evaluate through the Panda Express system. I received a huge plate of bland food that I couldn’t even identify as what I ordered—just a complete mess in a box. Normally, the food is great, but this time it was really disappointing.

I've always had great experiences at Panda Express, but this time was the exception. We arrived over an hour before closing, and they had run out of more than half their dishes and were only cooking what was needed for takeout. The rice was overcooked and the vegetables mushy. Given that there are many other places that consistently deliver good food, I would recommend steering clear of this location and seeking better Chinese-American options elsewhere.

My family enjoys Panda Express, but unfortunately, the customer service has been quite disappointing. It feels like no one wants to be there. Today will be our last visit to this location.

I called the location on 7/4/2022 before I drove all the way there. I asked the opening times and if they had provided certain items. I was told that the restaurant would be closed at 8 o'clock and yes, they had teriyaki huhn and no teriyaki sauce. I said, okay, I'm on the way to get on and the doors are closed at 5:30 o'clock, they just drive thru and have the exact cash. they could have told me about the phone. then I tried 7/5/2022 again today and it is not yet open. avoid this location people, it is a waste of time and gas money.

Please avoid this location at all cost!It's so disheartening how disgusting this location is...and that's mainly the employees. The customer service is trash. The actual food is prepared in an unsanitary kitchen. The staff is constantly just sitting around. Today, the inside was closed....with no explanation and the drive thru line was horrendously long. About 10 people inside; and all of them are inadequate at doing this job. It's a shame how many people have jobs and no work ethic. No pride in their work or appearance. Just a bunch of kids looking for a paycheck.
