It's awful. I ordered food through the uber eats application for an amount of $50. The person who brought it took more than an hour to deliver my order and he also brought me a wrong order that was not for me, it belonged to someone else. then they give me my money back and they charge me the return amount it's stupid really I wouldn't recommend using that application to order?

Now when you buy one pieces of chicken they don't give you a free biscuits no more ? so I went to the one up in glenburnie were they do the Tuesday specials at. And they do give you free biscuits This one up in hollinwood shopping center don't go there please

They take crazy long. For food that is already Dry as hell but ready. Lol

The fryers were behind and slow and they were just opening with no food ready. The manager Delroy was great with service and communication

What is up with these people asking you to constantly back up and come back up to the window when you're doing drive-through? I have never had this experience at any other drive-thru place. I actually got refused service, because they claim that if you don't do this they can't process your transaction. I suspect this is a lie. I know that some restaurants do this in order to make it look as if they're serving customers faster. Even if they're not lying about this, which I think they are, if the sensor is really that tricky, they need to get it fixed. Personally, I'm sick of this place. The food is good, but I'm sick of the shenanigans at the drive-thru. If there's really a problem, they need to get on the stick and fix it. If they're lying about this and it's just the timing, they need to stop it. Personally I'm going to go to Chicken Shack right next to the place if I want Fried Chicken. I'm done here with his lot. Love the food., hate the restaurant.
