Wawa - Baltimore

Both the times I've been here within 2 weeks they have made my ONLINE orders very wrong and made me wait 45 minutes for curbside. The manager just gave me a sad apology and sent me on my way. After waiting 45 minutes for a breakfast croissant I wanted to give them another try as it seemed like they may have been busy but that is not the case. At 11pm when there are barely people there they should have no problem creating what I order but they do. And they do not careat all. They basically give you what they feel like making. After 2021 this is NOT a 4 star store....

This is a very busy location. Parking can be a little tight if you roll in with a big work truck or you're pulling a trailer. Maneuvering to the pump can be rough too. Store is very clean and has a very neat and orderly appearance. Crew here is very nice and friendly.

I read the past 10 reviews and the ones that are saying they had bad experiences are tripping. I have been coming here for 10 years and never had a bad problem. Matter fact today was one of my best experiences the deli manager named Krystal had amazing customer service and the young lady at the cash register was very polite a manner full as well.

I truly like WaWa stores, always fresh HOT coffee and foods that require heat. The foods are always made Fresh to order and the foods already made for purchase are ???? fresh to date. The Wawa staff is always ???? better than their competitors.
