Charcoal Bbq Grill

It was a shame that me and my wife have the worst dinner on our 12th anniversary. Chicken was very dry, no moist. Steak was suppose to be medium but it was cooked to almost well... Its like a tasteless rubber with no juice. Steak is pale grey. I hope it was unlucky experience for us since it was highly recommended. BTW the drinks came out when we half way eating our main course after reminding them 3times.

Very disappointing. Steak was chewy and tasteless although cooked to medium rare. Cesar salad consists of few leaves with ribbons of mayo, croutons were replaced with a long thin strip of fried bread. French fries were very salty. Honey garlic chicken wings were burnt and tasted bitter.

Extremely disappointing service. Preordered at 2pm for iftar as had a tight schedule so requested for the food to be ready for us. On arrival staff confirmed order was received. At 6.40pm asked the staff and was told it was being prepared while those who walked in and ordered at their table received their meals already. By 7pm still no food and had to leave without having a meal. Wasted our time and spoiled our day. Please get more organised

Went there twice and both times I was disappointed by the quality of the steak. If you want great steak, there are plenty other places that offer better steak, such as Jazz Bar and Grill or New Star Box Cafe

Most popular and one of the best steak ribs in town, great ambient restaurant and service mostly good, can be slow if crowded and understaffed. They have set lunch promo which changes every month starting from $7.90 which is great value and comes with free sparkling drink or coffee/tea. Really like their favourful mushroom soup. They also serves yummy crispy wanton skin wrap for snacks, free while you wait for your steak to grill. Highly recommended to get your steak and ribs fix.
