Second Cup Café - Banff

We appreciate the service and the latte and the atmosphere. and after I had tried some other cafes in the city, I went back to the second cup cafe.

Really friendly staff and great service here. My go-to for coffee in town!

Great spot for a quick coffee or hot coco to go. Friendly staff, and clean facility.

Was completely ignored when trying to order. Finally got to order after the workers chatted about personal lives. Waited 20 plus minutes for one drink. I had to remind the workers what I had ordered and finally got my drink after 30 minutes eventhough it was pretty slow in the shop.

Ran out of regular milk (let me know after I had paid for my order), was deterred from ordering food after seeing the cashier put her bare hand into the bag of the customer in front of me, and grab the food side of the tongs (I know it doesn't feel like it, but COVID is still here)... Might as well have picked it up with her fingers, and they have lids that no way shape or form fit the cup sizes they have... A main component to a to-go coffee place. I don't blame the girls there as this is clearly a management issue.
