The staff needs to improve their service. and the place is also very noisy at weekends. the staff gets confused as who ordered what.

We were looking for a fine dining place earlier this week and decided to try our hands on this place. From the time you enter this facility to the time you leave, you will be treated like a king. The food is of average quality, but everything else is superb. They have a huge area and converted it in small and big dinning areas. All of the them are done differently and connected via same passage. The water wall inside the restaurant is such a treat to the experiece. We ordered following items to satisfy our stomach: ????Mini Chhole Bhature Trio Baby bhaturas with Chhole stuffed inside. From taste perspective, this tasted like normal Chhole Bhature. ????Bhalla Papri Twist We didn’t like it at all as the bhallas were super hard. ????Parmesan and Mozarella Pizza (Nanza) Surprisingly, this was the best dish of the day. I thought this may not be the best choice in a Punjabi restaurant, but I was proven wrong. ???? ????Veg Galouti Kebab This was below average. Very thick, and not like actual Galouti. Could have been much better. ????Paneer Makhni Tasted like very hard pieces of raw paneer soaked in fresh gravy. We accompanied them with following mock tails: ????Dole Shole Shake: This was a Banana shake experiment with pineapple, coconut and lime. We didn’t like the experiment much. ????Ahemdabad Mango Masala A different kind of Aam Panna; was really great. ????Strawberry Shake This was also great. ???? Overall, the ambience and service was great, but the food was not up to the mark. Paying very high prices just for the ambience and the big name doesn’t make a lot of sense. Ambience: 5/5 ???? I have been to a couple of places in Bangalore but none beat the ambience of Punjabi By nature 2.0. The place is so finely done and as you enter you see a beautiful setting which is so calming and welcoming. Coming to the food,we tried the Mughlai kabab,lamb chops,Ahmedabad mango,mutton curry and the baked rasmali. The food is fantastic and so very filling. The service is prompt and warm. The menu is on the pricier side but worth the money! I can’t wait to be back.

The ambience had a relaxed and comfortable feel. The food was delicious. Bhanu Pratap waited for us and did a great job. He recommended the best in the vegetarian category. The food was authentic and quite filling. It's a great place to try out if you are visiting with family or friends.
