Mcdonald's - Bangor Township

Honestly. At $5.50 a pop they could have at least filled it up to the rim! This was a large mocha frappe and they handed it to me like this. Do better. 3/8/24 around 10:30am!! Jerks

It's a McDonald's. There is nothing special about it. The only reason I fo there is the coke slushy which my wife likes.

Our office placed a $100 McDelivery order. There were a few missing items, whatever, accidents happen. We called this store to ask to have our missing items delivered, and we were told to pay for the new delivery...are you kidding me. So, I decided to drive over (stepping away from my job, at this point) to go pick up the new items. I had to have a debate, near argument about what was missing in the bag. The manager just wouldn 't take my word for it... Lady. You think I 'm going to leave work and drive over on my own dime and LIE about what we were missing? Shouldn 't me just showing up be enough of a reason to take my word for it? After going back and forth for a few minutes, she gave up and agreed to give me the missing items. 1 coffee and 2 cokes. I had to fill up the cokes on my own. I was also denied when I asked for a single free item as an apology. Actually, I never even received a sorry from her. I 've never been so frustrated with anyone at McDonald 's before. The state street location in saginaw is fantastic. This one sucks.

I don't mind going to McDonald's because it is on the unhealthy side Even though it is a quick stop for lunch. I usually have really good or amazing experiences at the mcdonald's franchises and will recommend certain locations. but for goodness sakes, my rating would probably be better. If the brunette with glasses at the first window didn't have a bad attitude because I asked her to hang on a second when I app crashed for my code and then proceeded to roll her eyes at me for using apple pay. Like I'm sorry, did you have something better to do within your job? Or is getting Customers money and orders really they have hard. What florid mean was me in one other car where the only people in the drive thru.
