Baskin-robbins - Banning

On September 29th, 2023, around 2:30 PM, our family of five visited for some ice cream. The person who assisted us was fantastic! It was the first time we’ve ever seen ice cream that looked just like the pictures. He went above and beyond to serve us top-quality ice cream, and we were truly impressed! We highly recommend this place!

I was really impressed with my Cappuccino Blast Oreo order. It was perfectly made, just like in the picture. I loved the white chocolate inside the cup, which is something other places often skip. The flavor was delicious. I highly recommend the Cappuccino Blast!

My best friend and I enjoyed some milkshakes, and we were really pleased!

We ordered and paid for a two-scoop sundae, but the young employee only put in one scoop. We noticed it on our way home, but since it was getting late, we didn’t want to turn around and go back. It was really disappointing.

Arrived at 9:53pm and they stated (3 employees) that they couldn't make shakes at this time. Asked for an Ice Cream Sunday and they refused to make it but they would serve plain Ice Cream in a cup or cone. Makes no sense if a Sunday is in a cup and all I was asking for was to add whipped cream on top.
