New Smash burger is really good the fries ? always seem to be cold

They forgot the cheese on my jumbo jacks, they also forgot to give us dipping sauce for the chicken and the chicken was really overcooked. This was however a busy night and I have worked enough customer service to know that some nights are just off. Will definitely give them another try later on. Staff was very friendly and had no problem accommodating me after I came inside to sort out the issue with the food.

Fast food? More like SLOW FOOD! I placed a mobile order with the app to get a $0.90 discount on tacos while my friends simultaneously ordered at the counter. App said it would take 7-9 minutes. 20 minutes later, I finally got my food. My friends not only got their food, but they also completely finished it before I even got mine. And, to add insult to injury, they also messed up my order didn’t include the right sauces I asked for. This place is a joke!

They're still charging for ranch even when you spend $20. Swore them off for a brief period and now they just charged my delivery driver for 1 ranch after I spent another $20. Hope what you saved is worth it!

This place sucks. Complete wrong order, went back in and the messed it up again. The inside of the burger was cool and the fries were cool. Trash! I can’t believe this people make 20 an hr!
