Harbor Lobster Bakes - Bar Harbor

I visited this restaurant for the first time and had a disappointing experience. The beer was flat, and the chicken nachos were burnt. The service was incredibly slow; it took much longer than expected. Additionally, there was no air conditioning, and our waitress was visibly sweating. The only positive note I can mention is that the place was very clean and had a beautiful view.

This restaurant offers the best food and service in the Bar Harbor area. First of all, the wait staff was outstanding! Our glasses were always full, and the food arrived quickly. We ordered the lobster rolls, lobster bisque, and mussels, and everything was simply perfect!

If you're in the vicinity, you definitely need to check out this spot! The food was fantastic, the staff was exceptional, and the view was absolutely stunning!

Almost perfect. Lobster rolls were delicious, the bread was just pure heaven. And the view was terrific. Could have used a little bit more mayo. Homemade ideally (hint hint). My Diet Coke however tasted both fruity and bleachy. Could not drink it. Music too loud in dining room, it just is unpleasant.

Excellent choice for a perfect lobster dinner! The meal comes with a cup of fresh scallops chowder, a pound of fresh mussels, a bun and a delicious whole corn. The lobster itself is fresh and cooked to perfection. The setting is lovely as well with a perfect view of the bay. Great service as well, fast and friendly!
