If the world was more like this restaurant how great would it

Over half my order was missed, including straws and condiments I was charged for,, fries, kale salad, and chicken sandwich. When I would call the restaurant, they would answer and not say a word, and then hang up. Completely frustrating, especially when you are hangry and eating the one order cold of fries they did actually send.

ELLIOTT was rude to our faces!! For no reason. I've never had a bad experience with ChikFila customer service until today. I would love to be contacted about my experience bc that girl is not Chick-fil-A material.

It's too pricey, and the nuggets are way too small for the price.

My family and I visited this restaurant two days ago. The server who took our order was rude and acted like she knew everything, but she got our order completely wrong. We drove almost an hour with our two kids to enjoy a nice walk at the mall, only to be disappointed by this experience. It was very frustrating.
