Chick-fil-a - Barboursville

The workers are very polite and always seem to get the order right. No complaints here.

The food was yummy and hot! The service was great and the employees are always kind. Plus, Chick fil A provides some of the very best customer service in the fast food industry. The reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is based upon the time it took for me and others to get our food after ordering. One more thing when I went to get a refill on my beverage they created a fresh cup to ensure everything was safe during COVID 19 protocols.

I like the Chick-fil-A sandwich they are usually so good with their mayonnaise packet. I like their sweet tea too.

The food and staff were fantastic! It took a bit of time for our chicken, which we expected, but the staff kept us informed and assured us it would be ready soon. Excellent communication!

Like most locations, everything was freshly prepared to order. The staff were always polite and eager to resolve any issues without hesitation. The establishment was clean and organized according to cleanliness standards.
