Terrible missed half my order and there phone doesn’t work don’t recommend

Waitress brought food and didnt see her anymore after the food was delivered. I had to go find her to get her assistance. Then when she gave us the handheld unit to pay on, it was already at the total pruce page. I hit the arrow to go back and see a 20% tip already has been selected and added. She cost herself an additional $10 by doing that. I am a heavy tipper, but when it is automatically added like she did, the tip will be alot less.

Had a side salad, and the lettuce was wilted. When food came out, the plate was hotter than the food.

Barboursville location is always perfect. Never had an issue here

Nashville hot chicken and waffles was killer. The server was awesome the place was pretty slow. I eat here everytime I'm at the mall
