Bidra med feedbackWe have dinner there on one occasion. Regarding the revives we where hoping for a delicious meal. But fried cod with patatos was full of salt. Practically not eatable. The staff ignored my remarks.
Whilst I chose to stay elsewhere, I dined here for dinner on three occasions. It's a great restaurant ! It appears to be a family owned restaurant with a vibrant but traditional feel. The service was fabulous as was the food ... There is a...large range of the Minho regional wine available red (Tinto) and white (blanco). The regions wine appellation is Vinho Verde. I found it cost effective to buy by the glass but they do allow you to select variety, open the bottle and charge you by the glass nice! The plates are very generous ! This is the place for a good feed ! The fish is fabulous and salads are enormous is split between two persons ! It's not budget eating but it's certainly huge value for money because of the quality and quantity an important issue for perigrinos on the March. Opening hours for dinner are perigrino friendly too opens at 18.30 until whenever !
The order of my man, a vitela, was cold and with a bad quality, very hard. that means it wasn't a Vitela meat. also the service was very bad.
Miserable staff at the reception and miserably furnished rooms. "We have booked a double bed, please have one."... No. “You have a room where we can dry our clothes and shoes.”... No. 'Can we have a drink in the bar'. I'm glad we're here for one night. We had a long cycle to get here in the rain, but that was more pleasant than this hotel.
Stay 1 night in Portuguese Camino. Great: Fantastic buffet breakfast Central location Large rooms with comfortable bed Not so great staff a little intoxicating Bland and soulless hotel But after 10 days in the Camino this was not a bad place, one of the better...breakfast to drive us forward for the hike
