Chili's Grill - Bardstown

We were seated in a booth near the kitchen, which was rather warm. The food was good, the waitress wasn't the friendliest, wouldn't substitute an alcoholic beverage for another, so had to pay full price for the drink. It was okay, but just not verywelcoming.

The absolute worst dining experience I have ever had. 10 out of 10 do not recommend. Waited 30min for a drink once it arrived wasn’t the right drink. Appetizer came out with the rest of the food about an hour after waiting. Manager was very nice butended up discounting the entire table except for our bill. Couldn’t comprehend that it was separate tickets. We arrived at6:05 and it’s now 7:58 and we’re just now leaving. Windows and doors were dirty, hostess was on phone the entire time, andlights kept going on and off. When I say it was a horrible experience. The worst!

Imagine this: a lovely October evening with the temperature at 76 degrees, knowing that the unpredictable Kentucky weather could change at any moment. Days like this are numbered. There’s a spacious outdoor seating area to the right of the entrance, but it was completely empty. My husband and I rarely get a chance to dine out without our kids, so we were eager to sit outside and enjoy the beautiful weather. The hostess checked for us, but after several minutes of waiting, we were told that no one was serving outside. The restaurant wasn’t crowded, and there didn’t seem to be a shortage of servers. Clearly, customer service is not their strong point. We definitely won't be coming back.

I was really disappointed with my experience. I ordered curbside pickup, and it took an eternity. When I finally got my food, it was cold, the Coke was flat, and the takeout containers were terrible—like something you'd use for dog food. I didn't expect to need a workout just to eat my meal! The portion size was also half of what I would have received if I had dined in, unless they’ve reduced their serving sizes. This place used to be great, but now it feels like a joke.

Excellent customer service; the staff was very friendly. The food was served hot and quickly, and the restaurant was exceptionally clean.
