Abriecosy Ecolodge - Bargemon

This rural eco-lodge, formerly the home of a family, is hidden in the forest, surrounded by quiet and nature. the beautiful individually designed rooms give a lot of private sphere (see pictures on the website). they feel almost alone at this wonderful place. the hostes vanessa and are a wonderful and beautiful couple. you feel like you've come home. many thanks for their warm hospitality! we enjoyed breakfast every night and dinner with the other guests and with our hosts. we laughed a lot, discussed and sometimes after dinner even played pétanque together. vanessa and geert pampered us every evening with excellent vegan food. on the fifth night there was nothing we had eaten. the breakfast leaves nothing to be desired. Moreover, there are also gluten-free homemade brot. we enjoyed our stay very much and would like to visit again. updated by previous review on 2022-06-21

Geert and vanessa are incredibly friendly hostess and the place is beautiful. Unfortunately we could not stay in one of the beautiful chalets, as dogs in the hypoallergenic rooms are not allowed, but geert vanessa welcomed us as their guests to dinner. we had a wonderful stay and can highly recommend this accommodation!

Abriecosy is an amazing ecolodge! they are greeted by geert, the friend host and sustainability enthusiasts. it was great to have a chat with him and see how his project developed in this beautiful part near the gorges du verdon. geert has great recommendations for trips in the environment. to enjoy nature, they need not go far until the lodge offers a breathtaking view of the valley, a great exit point for hikes. next to the beautiful location I loved the raw vegan kitchen, which is prepared. they can clearly say that he is a trained cook and uses local and seasonal products. he plans to offer a permaculture garden in his own products. overall, this offers the great combination of food in beautiful nature and delicious. a must! if they get their hands dirty, there are also options to volunteer on the website.
