Flap-jack's Pancake House

We have eaten here several times in the past however, The last time the service was poor (distracted waitress) and unsatisfactory quality of cleanliness. Hair found underneath pancakes. This last time was our last time At Flap Jacks !!

They remodeled it so it looks great, the food is always good the atmosphere is pleasant and the service was excellent!

Our server, Luis, was very personable, had a quick wit, and was an excellent server in all ways. His trainer should be proud of her part in this, as should he, because he has only been there 2 months. The food as always was very tasty and presented in an appetizing fashion. It

April 2024 We tried Flap Jacks again the Biscuits gravy and the coffee were very very good!! Everything tasted great this time. Will be returning 2023 Coffee sausage gravy not as good as you'd think it should taste for a pancake house. Everything was just ok tasting. Not gross, but not great where you'd want to make a special trip to eat there again. Waitresses were nice.
