Bidra med feedbackOnce I returned, I had to wait in line behind a few people. When it was my turn, the cashier said I couldn’t scan my rewards and that she didn't even need the change. I handed her the dime, and in response, she tossed a penny back onto the counter. She looked at me with a displeased expression and mentioned that I could call corporate if I had an issue. I didn’t understand why corporate was brought up, but I did find her attitude completely uncalled for. As I headed for the exit, she asked if I wanted a receipt, to which I said no. She responded with a curt “Bye.” This was my first and last visit to this Wawa.
I went to Lacey and filled up my tank with regular gas, which was priced at $3.44 per gallon. Then, I returned to Barnegat, where the same gas cost $3.51. What is going on?!
The service here is fast and courteous, which I really appreciate about gas stations. However, there was a significant issue with how my friend was shorted on her 24 oz smoothie—she definitely didn't get the full amount, missing at least 3 oz. Everyone knows how great these smoothies are and how revitalizing they can be, so it's really disappointing to feel cheated out of that experience. I hope they can improve in this area.
The overnight crew is truly the most unpleasant. The wait times are excessively long, and the attitudes are uncalled for. I shouldn’t have to feel guilty for placing my order exactly how I wanted it.
This is a great Wawa, although it tends to be busy all the time. I often stop here on my way to the shore because it's one of the nearest Wawas to the Garden State Parkway when heading south.
