Mcdonald's - Barnet

This McDonald's drive-thru experience was truly the worst I've ever had. I should have listened to my own advice. If they can make a mistake, they will. On top of that, it's a hassle to exit the A406 only to receive the wrong order or find that many items are unavailable. However, there are a few long-serving staff members who deserve credit. The only positive aspect of this location is that you can order, let them mess up, complain, and potentially receive a free meal or two that you can use at another location.

The restaurant failed to provide straws and ketchup. When I asked for them, they only gave me one instead of three. The customer service was terrible.

Frequently, when ordering through the drive-thru, you may not receive the correct items you ordered, whether it's at the speaker or through the app. It's like a game of chance. We had a good laugh when we found a sausage patty in the pancakes meant for our vegetarian colleague. Even if you try to be strategic and order fries with no salt to get better service, it doesn't work. You'll still end up waiting and receiving the incorrect meal. It's like a surprise every time you order - you might as well drive up and say "surprise me!"

Unorganized and Illiterate staff .Even after putting our order clerarly they do mistakes. Not teh first time so many times they have done it. Sometimes chips are missing. sometimes after putting clearly no pickle, no cheese , no meat only cheese bun. They put it again. Fed up now. Decided now will go and get it directly.

I have visited a number of McDonald’s restaurants in the past and l can honestly say that the service is great and therefore I say thumbs up
