Best always best service .very polite staff .chicken sweet and sour is the best .noodles always perfect

Just had the worst take away experience in my life. Food was an absolute disgrace and we ordered a range of dishes: Cantonese beef, duck, prawn wanton and chicken satay. All of the food was extremely dry and tasted nothing like the description (and we have lot of experience ordering from Chinese takeaways). What is even more astonishing, is the astronomical prices they charge for their so- called authentic dishes. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

This is the best Chinese food I have ever had. The food was delicious and the customer service was exceptional. The chicken dishes were especially good. The delivery driver was very polite and kind.

I tried takeaway from this restaurant for the first time last week instead of our usual Chinese takeaways. We spent £40 on a variety of starters and mains. Overall, I was quite disappointed with the food. The sweet and sour chicken was the only dish that was okay, but still just mediocre. The prices may seem reasonable at first, but considering the quality of the food, it was actually quite overpriced. I don't think I'll be ordering from here again. This was my second disappointing experience, as I had tried the Radlett Paya about 2 years ago with similar results, and never returned.

This was the worst takeaway we have ever had. The food was inedible. The crispy seaweed, was soggy and tasted off. The chicken satay sauce was a gluey jelly lump of tasteless jelly. The chicken was hard overcooked and disgusting. The beef curry was in a sauce that resembled brown water, no flavouring no thickening, just liquid disgusting. The Crispy prawn won ton, was soggy and just batter and I couldn't see any prawns. The rice was the final straw, it was a stuck together congealed mass of stodgy rice!! We rang immediately to complain, and offered to bring the food back (in the driving rain) and asked for a refund. They said they would call back and speak to the manager. They did not call back. i called again, and still got nowhere. I then wrote an email to the Manager, and have not even had the decency of a reply. I called again twice this week, as the meal was £43 which is expensive for a takeaway, let alone an inedible one and was finally offered £20 on my next meal. THERE IS NO WAY THAT I WOUD EVER ORDER FROM THIS RESTAURANT AGAIN, so have decided to write on trip advisor and advise others to do the same If the manager had been kind enough to call me, or to reply to my email, I would not have written this review, but the customer service as well as the food was awful, so felt I had to write this.
