Barnstable Tavern & Grille

After searching on Yelp for a new restaurant to try, we decided on Gannon's because of the unique menu options.

We ventured here last week on account of the location (near shopping but not in an established dining corridor) and the effusive reviews.

Gannon's is a surprisingly good, new restaurant option near a busy Hyannis intersection.

We were in Hyannis for a baseball tournament and wanted to have a team dinner during the city. We had a big group that couldn't even help our hotel. I called Gannon since it was next to our hotel. I said I had a big group and we really wanted to have a team dinner. They made it for us and gave us seats outside on a private deck. Even put picnic tables for the team. Our waiter was out and made sure we had everything we ordered. The food was so good! Everything came perfect, appetizers, dinners and drinks! My husband and I shared the Mac n cheese and wings and there were no remains. The owner even came out to see how everything was! Thank you. Gannons, to help us last minute and for the delicious food, we will definitely be back!

Very good food. Appropriate prices. Friendly waiting staff. We have the flatbread and the salad. The Caesar salad was good -anchovy taste on the Ceasar (Not a negative only for people who like a stronger anchovy flavor on the salad). Fixed amount for 2:00 during low season.
