Hosso Casual Nikkei - Barranco

They were about to close for lunch when we arrived. They were kind enough to let us order. We were starving and we ordered one of their sushi boats and a sushi plate. It was pretty good. They accept visa which is convenient!

Great "Nikkei" experience with a nice mix of japanese food and Peruvian ingredients (like passion fruit, quinoa etc.). Very attentive and prepared service with good suggestions, nice menu and well prepared food and nice atmosphere.

We really enjoyed our food. We ordered a large sushi boat for 2 and enjoyed trying all the different types. Everything tasted fresh and it was a nice casual meal with great service.

Menu is entirely spanish so difficult to order for usfor this reason i ordered the sushi set which came with miso soupmy friend ordered various sushi rolls, a lot had cream cheese, ugh.my gf ordered ceviche as well as miso ramen.HUGE NOTEthe miso soup and ramen is INCREDIBLY SALTYalmost inedible to be honest.the sushi comes with huge amount of rice.ceviche and drinks were great.

An fantastic dining experience just minutes from where we lodged in the Barranco Municipality. The Ceviche (sp?) and other local dishes were amazing. The Soba was as good as I've enjoyed in Japan. The local Pasco Spurs topped off thr meal - along with a few warm sake shots. Overall, I would eat there daily without any issue. Fantastic experience and the staff was very friendly and accommodating.
