Diamond Sushi - Barrie

I just ordered a padthai. shrimp had still shelled and was so tiny that it wasn't even worth taking the dish away to eat. would have also had some mush meat that tasted as if it had been thrown out. we also ordered some rolls that just appeared from a food store with lots of rice, but very little else. fairly bad to disgusting level of the meal, they avoid when they can, as there are many better places to try.

I tried this all you can eat oriental establishment on a whim. Hungry and on the road. First time visit. Generally the food was quite good and tasty. I found the portion sizes a bit small. Especially the meat and seafood selections. The price was a bit high and value for your buck a bit lacking. No complaint about the food's taste but about quantity and end price. This pit stop for one cost me over $45.

I was really surprised by the quality of the food here. This place is a real hidden gem for sushi lovers. We came here because all our usual sushi places were full with 1 hour waiting times for a table. This place was our risk taking choice and im so glad we took that risk. The fish was fresh and the dishes were actually well seasoned. This has probably surpassed 3 other sushi places on my list now. Cant wait to come back!

First time out to a restaurant in over two years, we chose this place on account of it was my birthday. Sushi quality and selection is still top notch. Sapporo beer was a huge can. Will dine in again.

Best sushi in Barrie! Everything is delicious and fresh. Staff is always kind and welcoming. Both dine in and take out are amazing. Don’t forget to bring cash as they offer a 10% discount with cash!
