Mucho Burrito 50 - Barrie

Awesome tacos, and burritos, some staff seem like they need to learn to cope with pressure and not let it affect their customer centricity, but all in all, yum food, ambience fine.

I ventured to MB for a late lunch. I was the only one in the place waiting to be served. I had to yell "hello" to be served. A grumpy female begrudgingly asked white or whole wheat. Wow this was painful watching her not stuff this $9 burrito. I asked for barbacoa, cheese, corn,beans & salsa. The end result was smaller than a child's burrito. I paid the $9 & went to my car....after little thought i went back in & tried to complain about the service & untouched food! No manager~shocking! The other girl remade the burrito as she wasnt trained to do refunds! Avoid the service of Mary! She clearly dislikes her job and takes it out on paying customers! A smile goes along way Mary! Will not return! Mucho malo!

Nice place for a quick bite to eat. Decor is nice and atmosphere is relaxing. Food is fresh and made to order. Staff are helpful.

The burritos themselves are good, a bit expensive but they fill it pretty well. It's the service I wasn't too thrilled about... My boyfriend ordered the shrimp burrito and we were told it would be 10 minutes wait. We didn't mind as we like our food fresh, but I did think it was a little odd they didn't have it ready during dinner rush. However, they could have been busy and ran out. Who knows! We have never been here, so we didn't really know how it worked or what everything was. (First time burrito eaters lol!) The lady seemed very impatient with us, and spoke quickly and very quietly. I had to get her to repeat herself a few times, and she seemed annoyed everytime. I understand fast food and the need to kep the line moving, but exercising a bit of patience in fast food is key to happy customers.

Once one of my favourite places to visit for lunch, the quality of food has become as bland as the staff behind the counter. If you want overpriced food and to be treated like cattle, hurried through the line so they can pillage your wallet, this is the place for you.
