The staff’s attitude is hit or miss, and there’s a noticeable lack of enthusiasm. The recent introduction of charges for extras adds to the frustration, especially when my coffee often arrives poorly made. The drive-through experience is marred by staff gossip, and the practice of sending customers to the parking lot to avoid affecting timers is inconvenient. If your order is simple, you might be okay, but for larger orders, double-check everything. Overall, the service and quality have declined, making it a challenging choice for a reliable morning coffee spot.
Serious customer service! drinks were made incorrect. not hygienic. rude atmosphere. I absolutely do not recommend and will never return. warren and swansea Dunkin’ are far superior!
Everything was sanitary, they took covid very seriously. The cashiers were very kind, cheerful, and served me and my friend with a smile.

Rudest service I have ever seen! Couldn't even make hot chocolates right the first time. Attitude given all the way through. Do not recommend this location.
