Ty's Smokehouse - Bartlett

I've eaten here several times. While I prefer another BBQ place, I appreciate the variety of menu items available here. Plus, they have TVs so you can watch sports while you eat. They also offer their own BBQ seasoning to add to your dishes, which is a nice touch.

This restaurant is somewhat of a hidden gem. It's on the smaller side, but they really make the most of the space. While it may not have the most impressive decor, it is definitely clean. The staff are incredibly friendly; the cashier, in particular, went above and beyond to take our group's orders while also handling a large order over the phone. She juggled both customers with great care, providing excellent service. The cook was efficient and managed to prepare several special requests without any mistakes. Although I wouldn't claim it's the best barbecue I've ever had, it's certainly very good, and my group is looking forward to returning. As we left, the cashier even invited us to hold all our monthly meetups there.

The best barbecue I’ve had in Memphis! The smoky flavor is fantastic, and I can't wait to return for those wings!

Best bbq in town. Top that off with the incredible staff, and you get the kind of place it would be easy to become a regular at.

Boy it LOOKS delicious! But... very bland flavor DRY with a capital D-R-Y.... make sure you get a large drink so you don't choke to death. I got it to go (a paper liner inside the Styrofoam clamshell would have went a long way with the presentation).The pork was extremely dry with almost no flavor, the slaw on the sandwich no flavor, and the beans had toooo much flavor, likethey mixed in a whole bottle of hot sauce or something, way overboard not a good flavor for beans IMO, I only ate a few bites.It was disappointing.
