Hardee’s - Bartow

Very unprofessional and staff did not care about the customers. The post asked only about food or restaurant, but did not ask about service.

I just came through the drive thru and ordered a #2, two sausage egg biscuits (2 for $5), two apple pies/turnovers but when I got to the window I was told, very rudely and with a ton of attitude that I ordered a #4 with two sausage/egg biscuits and the turnovers. The window associate and the manager swore I ordered the omelet and made a huge deal over a miscommunication, which I admitted to either having misspoke or her mishearing. I was then told AGAIN, multiple times, that I ordered a #4. After receiving my food, i double checked the order, unfortunately my biscuit only had cheese and bacon (no egg). Lastly, to top it all off, I passed off the turnovers to my roommate, who said the apple turnovers were cold, hard, and tasted like they were made yesterday. I will never come to this Hardee's ever again. Horrible service and terrible attitudes.. I would not recommend eating at this location. If I could leave 0 stars I would have.

The young gentleman named Brent took my order. Pulled up to the window. He was very professional had a smile on his face the whole time and very pleasant to talk to. ????. Hat’s off to you Brent. Will return to this store again
