I visited this restaurant in the winter of this year. The staff allowed employees to be reprimanded in front of the guests, which was quite awkward. For some reason, a bartender was serving instead of a waiter. The food was actually quite tasty, but there were cockroaches running around. I have no desire to visit this place again.

The staff is polite, the place is clean, and the prices are reasonable.

The pizzeria itself is nice, but the pizzas are quite average—there are better options in the city.

A nice place with a cozy interior and friendly staff. The prices at the shopping mall café are quite high, although the food is decent, especially the pizza and salads. One downside is that there is no restroom, so you have to go to the first floor, which is not very pleasant due to the conditions at Euroopt.
