The Five Bells Harvester - Basildon

I enjoyed a lovely meal at 5 Bells Harvested! The service was excellent, and my burger was cooked to perfection. I'm looking forward to the live music later today!

We had a lovely meal here and were pleasantly surprised by the food, especially after some disappointing experiences at other places. The service was friendly and efficient, with our waiter being particularly attentive and helpful. The option for refillable soft drinks was a nice touch, and we definitely plan to return.

When we arrived, the manager welcomed us and introduced Kate, which was a nice touch. Kate was incredibly attentive; we never had to wait for anything! She promptly took our drink order and was back in no time with our beverages. She made sure to check in with us during her rounds, and when we noticed that there were only rolls left on our table, she kindly went to fetch us the salad we requested. Kate was cheerful and polite throughout our visit. It’s rare to find such exceptional service these days! We've been to other restaurants recently, including some other Harvesters, where the staff seemed to do just the bare minimum. However, today was different. Kate made our experience comfortable and enjoyable, allowing us to truly savor our meal. Thank you, Kate, for a wonderful dining experience!
