Service is very friendly, and they are great about helping you decide on which cuts you want, and how to package it (we bought a 1/4 beef and some of the cuts I was unsure what they were and how big of a package I would want but Deanna made it very easy to understand).
I love going to your shop it’s worth the drive and the taste is so good.

I ordered all prime cuts be made (steaks) , roasts, and if any left turn into hamburger . That is not what we got, was more than 125 lbs of Burger , 35 lbs of soup bones. Very few steaks and roast. Steak packages were not what was labeled on them. All the rest is just the same ****!!! How do you guys get away with this ?? Wish I could post pictures of what I got. I'll be working on it even if I have to cross post it. Check out my FB post if you want to see my pictures.
