Bidra med feedbackFor the first time for almost 10 years, the service has definitely improved, previously waited for the old, now fast and out.
The restaurant itself isn't the most aesthetically pleasing place; while it is clean, it feels quite old and dated, giving off a somewhat grubby vibe—possibly due to its brown color scheme. I encountered issues with the app, which didn't work for me, so I had to use a self-service computer that was exceptionally slow and quite frustrating. On a positive note, the food met my expectations. I needed assistance with my tray, and a staff member was incredibly helpful without hesitation, which was really appreciated. As someone with a disability, it was refreshing not to have to explain my needs. I was grateful for the friendly and willing support from the staff. Thank you!
My experience at KFC has been quite disappointing in recent years, so I was pleasantly surprised this time. The customer service was good, and the food was generally tasty, though it could have been served a bit warmer. Since the restaurant wasn't particularly busy, I suspect some of the dishes might have come from the warmer rather than being made fresh.
The dining experience was enjoyable, and there was plenty of parking available, making it easy to get in and out. However, accessing the restaurant can be tricky due to the waiting queue, which is primarily for the KFC. Since McDonald's is next door, it can create some confusion. The best approach is to wait for an opening and carefully navigate against traffic. Overall, I hope this information is helpful. Despite the access issues, this KFC offers good food quality.
