Ruby’s Pizza - Bassetlaw

Ordered two pizzas had to wait which I did not mind but the pizzas were burnt … I am sure there will be more reviews with the same complaint the place was filled with smoke … won’t be going back

We have eaten here three times, and each time it has got worse. The first time we had a large selection for a kids birthday, they ate it all so happy days. We struggled with the chicken so decided against that in future. Second time the pizzas were just okay, not really tasty but when hungry you'll eat anything. The final time the pizzas really weren't very good. Normally we would reheat it the next day, but didn't see the point. We won't be coming back anytime soon.

We order food from here the other night having only just moved here the portion sizes are shocking for the price I order are wrap when it turned up it had 5 straps of donor meat in it you get more in a McDonald's breakfast wrap and there very small but bigger than I got from Ruby's that cost way more money I would give them a rating of 0 if I could

Waited 2 hours!!arrived cold and was over charged! Promised a refund but never turned up with the money

We have been putting off ordering from here since the change of owners due to some negative reviews we had seen floating about. However ordered on Friday night and were pleasantly surprised. Very tasty pizza and good value for money, ready when we were there to collect. We will be back : thank you!
