The best thing in black perl is hot coffee amazing taste ... I drink coffee many places but for me black pearl is one of my favorite place for coffee and rest of food item is average .waiting time is always too much.and the environment is good ....no private cabin here....the menu they serve is included GST price as most of restaurant and cafe is excluding GST price in menu and add GST in final bill and bad thing about black perl is no parking area present Parking: Bad thing about black perl is No parking available
